These document outline the tasks and responsibilities to be performed when introducing new staff (or existing staff to new positions) in the library.
Supevisors are expected to conduct exit surveys with staff leaving CPUT Libraries. These surveys should inform the library on how staff perceive their jobs, the support provided for those jobs and the effectiveness of management in those jobs.as well as identifiy areas or provide suggestions on areas needing development or improvement.
VISIO software is required In order to view some Library organograms. Recent organogrames are in PDF format.
