User survey feedbackCPUT Libraries has undergone a number of changes in the past few years, including the consolidation of collections at various branches, removing print materials from shelves to the Grotto, re-organising the shelving of material at Bellville and District Six libraries as well as the refurbishment of various libraries and the enhancing of facilities and Mowbray and Wellington. The library website has also been updated and a new library system and discovery interface implemented. The purpose of the survey was to determine user satisfaction with these changes, identify areas of concern and to provide data for future management decisions.
